The products you purchase are delivered within the delivery december specified on the product detail page. You can also find the delivery date of the products you have purchased in the “My Account” section on the “My Orders“ page.

To place an order, just follow these steps:

You can add the products you want to buy from the product pages to your cart by clicking october the ‘Add to Cart’ button.

You can select one of your saved addresses from the payment screen, or add a new address information.

If you want to enter your card information on the same screen and make an installment, you can complete your payment process by selecting one of the installment options.

You can define a delivery address by clicking on the ‘Add October’ button on the My Account > My account settings > My address information page.

If you have forgotten your password, you can log in to your account by performing a password reset.

The steps you will follow for this;

Click on the article "I forgot my password" from the "Member Login" page. When you enter your membership e-mail address and say ‘Send’, a link will be sent to your relevant e-mail address.

You can create a new password by clicking on the incoming link.

If the link has not reached you, check your spam folder.

You can also change your password at any time from ‘My Account > My User Information > Password Update’.

You can complete your membership by entering an active e-mail address that you use in the Login>Become a Member field located at the top right of the page and using the password that you will create.

No, there is currently no extra charge.

You can order without a member. To do this, just add the products you want to buy from the product pages to the cart and say ‘Continue without a Member’ from the screen that appears in the ‘Confirm cart’ step. You can follow the information about the order you placed without being a member from the e-mail address you shared during the order. We recommend that you place an order as a member in order to have access to information about your orders.

You can make the payment by credit/debit card or money order/EFT. After entering your card information, if there are products that can be paid, you can select one of the installment options and complete your purchase.

There is no payment option at the door.
